Celebrate Earth Day by helping the Park you Love
Join the Friends of Quiet Waters Park and the Park Rangers on Saturday April 25th from 10am-12pm
You may have noticed that vines like English Ivy, Wisteria, and Honeysuckle are taking over parts of the Park. These non-native species such nutrients out of the ground and eventually strangle and kill native trees. The goal is to remove these harmful invaders from the park over the next few years.
All are welcome at this family friendly event! Bring gloves, loppers and bug spray, if you have them. Some will be available on-site. To sign up, click on this link.
