The Maryland Department of Natural Resources is partnering with the Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks, Quiet Waters Park and the Friends of Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis to host Master Naturalist training, beginning February 12, 2014 and continuing through mid-May. Classes, which will focus on the natural history of Maryland’s Coastal Plain, will be held on Wednesdays, from 5:30 to 9:30pm, at Quiet Waters Park. Three field days will also be scheduled on Saturdays, to practice identification skills and research techniques. Expert instructors will be on hand to guide Master Naturalists and to share tips and tools of the trade.
We thank the Maryland Master Naturalist Program for choosing Quiet Waters Park as a host!
