Interested in Volunteering in the Park?

Getting involved can cause good feelings, lead to new friendships, and be lots of fun!

Quiet Waters Park and the Friends of Quiet Waters Park have a variety of volunteer opportunities. Volunteers are needed throughout the year for various annual events, seasonal gardening, and invasive species management. If you have an interest in volunteering, please complete the short form below, and we will contact you when the need arises.

Gardening – Assist our park horticulturalist by keeping our park beautiful! Tasks include weeding, planting new flower bulbs, etc.

Invasive Species – Learn about invasive plant species and how they prevent native species growth. Join teams removing invasive species

Summer Concerts – Join the Friends at their tent during the concerts, help raise funds through the raffles, and act as an ambassador for the Friends.

Earth Day – Assist with the various programs and activities held that day.

Art @ the Park – Assist with selling raffle tickets, vendor relief at booths, and help with children’s activities.
