About Us

The Friends of Quiet Waters Park is a not-for-profit organization established in 1990 to provide philanthropic support to the Park as well as to create opportunities for citizen participation in promoting, protecting, and enhancing Quiet Waters Park.

The Friends of Quiet Water Park is a membership organization.

The Annual Membership meeting is held each June when all members are invited to  the Annual Meeting and Election.  Board Meetings are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 6:30 in the Visitor Center of the Park.  Members are welcome to attend any meeting of the Board.  

The election slate is announced in early May via a special email to current members.
