Elizabeth Weiss Nook is a versatile artist and architect, seamless blending creativity with nature inherent fine arts, design and architectural works. Her deep rooted passion for ecological conservation shines through her pieces, in “Like the Tide,” reflecting her love for the environment and her unwavering spirit of adventure, Elizabeth finds joy in the intricate dance between design and construction, crafting beauty even amidst challenges, and embracing the transformative power of resilience in the face of adversity. She is also a wife, mom to two little ones and a USCG boat captain.
The closing reception will be October 6, 2024 at the Galleries in the Visitor Center from1:30 to 3:30. The Galleries are open from 9 – 4 on weekdays and 10 – 4 on weekends. Admission to the park is $6. per vehicle;
