In 2020, Anne Arundel County commissioned graphic artist Joe Barsin to create a poster to commemorate 30 years for Quiet Waters Park. Joe incorporated literally every aspect of the Park, from the dog beach, to the ice rink, to paddle boarding, to concerts at the amphitheater. His 30th anniversary poster captures the essence of the park.
