Opening Reception for exhibit “Arts Aweigh @ Quiet Waters”

The Galleries at Quiet Waters Park present “Arts Aweigh @ Quiet Waters” from October 18 through November 12, 2023 in the Garden Gallery at the Visitor Center. Art connects this group of diverse and seasoned professional artists whose styles and media are as different as their attitudes. Their stories color their art. Their histories reveal themselves in their approaches, color choices, themes and vision. From local scenes to florals to realistic or fanciful abstractions, these masterpieces will delight the senses and ignite your imagination. This collective came together motivated by common interests to innovate, educate and promote our local artists and to interact with our community.

The Opening Reception is Sunday, October 22, 2023, from 1:30 to 3:30.

The Visitor Center, home of the Galleries, is opened from 9 – 4 on weekdays and 10 – 4 on weekends. Entrance to the park is $6 per vehicle; fee is waived for the reception only.
