“The imagination is a place all by itself – a separate country. Now, you’ve heard of the French nation, the British nation. Well, this is the Imagination. It’s a wonderful place.”*
We invite everyone to spend some time in the Imagination by finding creature formations in the Park’s trees, including the fallen ones. Just as we see creatures made by cloud formations, if we look through a child’s eyes, we can see them in our natural tree sculptures!
During these wintry days, when the leaves are off the trees, the creatures may make themselves better known. We invite everyone to take a photo of the tree creatures you find and send it to sculptureinfo@fqwp.org, along with a description of the creature, the general location of the tree and your name. We will feature a collection of the photos in a coming newsletter and on the FQWP Facebook page.
And here’s a passport to the Imagination – can you find the open-mouthed crocodile in this tree?
